个人简况

高兆和,男,博士研究生,副教授。2018年博士毕业于英国曼彻斯特大学材料学院,师从英国工程院/Rolls-Royce涂层首席Ping Xiao教授。2019-2021年在曼彻斯特大学材料学院与英国国家材料实验室(Henry Royce Institute)从事博士后研究,合作导师Ping Xiao 教授和中国/英国工程院双院士Philip J. Withers 教授。2022年以研究员身份在英国伯明翰大学电镜中心工作并获得荣誉研究员,2023年拿到英国考文垂大学助理教授永久教职,2024年加入上海大学材料基因组工程研究院。多年致力于防护涂层的高通量研发与多尺度结构表征,在SCI等国际知名期刊发表学术论文30篇, 在中美澳日及世界知识产权组织授权9项专利。

研究方向

1.芯片与航空发动机用导热或隔热涂层的高通量设计与涂层传热的量子效应;

2.航空发动机钛及钛铝合金叶片腐蚀、侵蚀、氢脆与钛火防护涂层的研究;

3.极端环境涂层失效机理与多尺度损伤分析方法。
