个人简况

2015年博士毕业于德国波鸿大学无机材料化学系,师从欧洲科学院院士Roland A. Fischer教授,之后在比利时鲁汶大学和德国马克斯-普朗克研究所从事博士后研究。2021-2026年任职于中科院上海微系统所,课题组长,传感器技术全国重点实验室副主任。主要从事功能性光刻材料以及化学传感器研究。在Nature Materials、Angwandte Chemie、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials等期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,入选国家级海外高层次人才(青年)、中国科学院BR计划(择优支持)、中国科学院特聘研究骨干、上海市海外高层人才计划、上海市浦江人才计划、欧盟玛丽居里学者等。

研究方向

 主要从事功能性光刻材料与化学传感器方面研究,具体方向包括:

1)  纳米功能材料(量子点、MOFs、二维材料等)微纳加工

2)  金属基EUV光刻胶

3)  MEMS化学传感器与人工嗅觉
