工作经历:

现任上海大学材料基因组工程研究院教授/博导、伟长学者特聘教授。曾担任物理系副主任(2002.05-2005.05)、物理系主任(2005.05-2011.12)。实验凝聚态物理学专家。河南师范大学物理系理学学士(1980.09-1984.06),清华大学物理系理学硕士(1988.09-1991.03),日本国立富山大学硕士和博士(1993.10-1999.03),日本学术振兴会(JSPS)外国人特别研究员(博士后研究员,1999.04-2001.03)。2001.04回国被引进到上海大学任教。主要研究领域:智能化量子材料制备与自旋输运、氧化物光磁信息功能晶体、超快太赫兹波与凝聚态物质中的量子相变、磁性与超导电性、交替磁性与自旋电子学。2003届上海市曙光学者。20062020年度两次荣获上海市自然科学奖二等奖。担任10余个国际重要学术期刊的特约审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目6项、国际合作与交流项目1项,教育部高等学校博士学科点基金项目,上海市科委“科技创新行动计划”项目和纳米专项科技攻关项目,上海市教委曙光计划和科技创新重点项目等多项课题。截至202561日,共发表SCI论文380+篇,被引频次6700+,篇均被引频次17.52H-index=43,连续五年被引用超过500篇次。

20188月,上海大学曹世勋教授(共同通信作者)团队与美国莱斯大学Kono教授团队、日本大阪大学Bamba教授团队等国际同行在凝聚态磁性系统中发现了第一个迪克协同作用的实例。研究结果表明,量子光学的概念和工具可以被拓展用于理解、控制和预测凝聚态系统中的奇异新物相,这项重大突破性成果发表于著名国际顶级期刊《Science》杂志。这是上海大学首次以通讯作者在Science上发表论文

20241月,上海大学曹世勋教授(共同通信作者)团队与麻省理工学院等国际同行的合作研究中,发现强太赫兹场可以通过中间的磁共振介导磁振子激发上转换的过程。该研究提供了一种新的方法来控制固体中的自旋激发,可望在未来的自旋电子学和磁振子学中实现相干磁振子之间的信息处理和存储。该成果发表在《Nature Physics》期刊上。

20215月,曹世勋教授团队与美国莱斯大学、日本京都大学、德国比勒费尔德大学等组成的国际研究团队,发现了一个具有超强耦合特性、基于磁子的物质-物质相互作用系统,该材料体系呈现出没有光参与的奇异量子光学真空现象,研究成果发表于《Nature     Communications》期刊上,该工作围绕上海大学团队的高质量稀土铁氧化物YFeO3单晶样品展开,曹世勋教授为共同通信作者。

20221     月,曹世勋教授团队与瑞士ETH苏黎世联邦工学院、卢森堡大学、法国勒芒大学、英国剑桥大学、法国萨克雷大学等物理学和材料学家组成的国际研究团队,在稀土正铁氧体SmFeO3单晶的拉曼光谱研究中发现通过两个磁性子晶格的强相互作用演生自旋-声子耦合,该研究成果以“Emerging spinphonon     coupling through cross-talk of two magnetic sublattices”为题发表于《Nature Communications》上,曹世勋教授为共同通信作者。

202210月,曹世勋教授团队与德国美因茨大学、德国美因茨卓越材料科学研究生院、法国巴黎萨克雷大学、法国格勒诺布尔阿尔卑斯大学、法国国家强磁场实验室、挪威科技大学量子自旋电子学中心等物理学和材料学家组成的国际研究团队,在倾角反铁磁正铁氧体YFeO3单晶中利用自旋霍尔效应展示了长程自旋输运行为,传输自旋信息的距离可达到数百纳米。相关研究成果以“Anisotropic     long-range spin transport in canted antiferromagnetic orthoferrite YFeO3 为题在线发表在《Nature Communications》上,曹世勋教授为共同通讯作者。

20254月,曹世勋教授科研团队在量子相变研究领域取得最新国际合作研究成果,相关研究论文“Observation of the     Magnonic Dicke Superradiant Phase Transition”发表在国际顶级期刊《Science     Advances》上。该研究由曹世勋教授(共同通讯作者)联合美国莱斯大学Junichiro Kono教授(共同通讯作者)国际合作研究团队共同完成,这是继2018年曹世勋教授团队在《Science》发表国际合作论文后关于量子相变的又一重要研究成果。

20255月,曹世勋教授团队与麻省理工学院及德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校等共同组成一支国际合作研究团队,在《Science Advances》期刊上发表了题为 “Terahertz stimulated parametric downconversion     of a magnon mode in an antiferromagnet” 的研究论文,成功揭示了反铁磁体中相干磁子模式的受激参量下转换过程,为非线性磁子学和自旋电子学的发展开辟了新的道路。上海大学曹世勋教授为共同通讯作者。
